Around the age of 16, I realized that the most important kind of love in my life was the love I could give to myself. I began to take charge of my own happiness by exercising, reading books about positive thinking, and fueling my body with proper nutrition. These habits brought incredible positive changes to my life.
I became so passionate about the positive changes in my mind, body, and spirit when I focused on my health that I got a Bachelor of Science in Public Health from USF in Tampa, FL, became a Yoga Instructor, Health and Wellness Coach, and soon to be Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach.
The most radical changes start from within. Therefore, my work is focused on first understanding the inner world of each unique individual, and using that to guide the physical. I believe that everything you are seeking is already within you. Your inner self knows the way and is completely prepared to create the life you desire. It's simply a matter of tuning deeper into your inner compass and letting that be your guide.
Health means so much more than not being sick. It involves how you manage your time and resources, how you maintain your inner and outer environment, your personality and interests, your career, your belief systems, physical activity, self-care practices, nutrition, self esteem, and creative activities. Applying wellness in your everyday life will allow you to achieve your full potential and regain a sense of growth, passion, and purpose.
